On July 4th 2009 I was on my way home from a get together and I had made the mistake of driving while under the influence. I was pulled over on the freeway for having expired registration tags and my blood alcohol level was almost double the legal limit, (.13%). I was arrested and charged with DUI. I was out with some friends at a campground when officers were called due to noise violations. I had been drinking that night and did not feel so well and since there was nothing else they could find they arrested me and charged me with public intoxication.
